I named her creithleag which is scots gaelic for horsefly.
She started life as the "bones" resin by Cadance Liddy - [link] I redid her neck and head, added sculpted wings, eyes, leather ears and mohair mane and tail. This is my Harry Potter Thestral! added a new pic Oct 19, 2008 - clearer to see her details  UPDATE!! Creithleag is now part of the ~Hp-Art-Project!!!! Her image will be for BOOK 5 CHAPTER 34!!!! How cool is that!
