And he is my first entry in  's Equine Dreams contest ([link]) This is a Breyer Traditional Scale (1/9 scale) Mustang See WIP photos here: Beginning model: [link] Sculpting phase: [link] Primer phase: [link] All sides: [link] He was sanded down, his tail cut off and a new one made of wire and keypoxy sculpt put on. He has a new sculpted mane/tail bob/forelock and sculpted feathering on his legs. He is airbrushed starting with a yellow base, then working through the darker colors so that he looks like a flame rising up. His horn and hooves are gold and his eyes are 4 colored like his body. Gold sculpted teeth have been added as well as full stallion anatomy and sphincter. Sealed in Matte spray finish sealer. And named after the Fire Lord of Avatar - thank you =AglioPh0bia for suggesting it! |
